Creep dodger

First foray in godot using the tutorial from the official documentation:

- Includes multiple additions like coins that increase score when picked up, high scores, and scaling enemy speed.

- Play using keyboard/controller. Arrow keys/D-PAD to move the player and Enter/Confirm to start (or click start using the mouse).
